Vetalini nodded to Tinsel, but was rather cold to the fact that he stopped her from questioning the mercenary. Her hazel eyes were cold as ice and they shot daggers at the panda. The lingering feeling of suspicion thrashed in her stomach. Not at all did she trust this panda.

The wolf was polite when the panda and the general exchanged words. Her ears itched to eavesdrop, but she conveniently stepped aside for a moment. Vetalini was never fond of Kaylink, but she respected the cheetah all the same. Her tail quivered anxiously for she yearned to know what they were speaking of.

When the panda exclaimed that he was doing business with the general, Vetalini couldn't help, but be drenched with a feel of dread when she saw the look of pure joy on the panda's face. Never had she met a mercenary quite like him, and the wolf had met her share of mercenaries. Perhaps, this one was different, or perhaps her suspicions on this panda were correct. Only time would tell.

Expect my eyes to be following you Mr. Mercenary....

Vetalini nodded to Nightsoul and Tinsel before making her own departure.

Something doesn't smell right...and I have a feeling it's a mixture of Alhazar and panda.

It was quite amazing how a pure white wolf could disappear into the shadows of the forest.

Tinsel scoffed, wondering what the private conversation was between Kaylink and the panda. His gut told him to be careful. Something wasn't right here. The mercenary was creating a big problem, and Tinsel was deciding how to take care of it. He had never trusted cats, and now more than ever Kaylink drove him into a wall of hatred.

Watching the group separate and disappear, the fox caught glance of Vetalini leaving. There was distrust in her eyes and Tinsel understood it completely. The meeting with Koru was getting more important ever second.

Turning tail, the fox scampered away towards the castle, his fur bristling and ears back. Something was not right in the Kingdom of Kensar. If it wasn't stopped, the palace could be in turmoil very soon.
