Through the denseness of the foggy forest, in the deep black of the night, few sounds could be heard. Perhaps the crunching of leaves under soft white paws told of the fox's visit to Shadowfern.
In the shadow of the night, Tinsel walked. The night was peaceful, quiet. Yet peace was something the animal could live without. He would much rather enjoy himself in a brawl or dispute of some kind...even just a talk with someone would keep him satisfied.
It took him a few more paces before his nose picked up another scent. He stopped in his tracks, looking up into the trees before spotting the furry creature. A lemur. The Kensar spy.
A smirk took its place upon Tinsel's lips. "Greeting's tree master," came the fox's droning voice from below.
"What news do you bring for ground-walkers ears?"

The lemur had himself braced between two branches, his tail curled around a third off to the side. As the fox had spotted him, the lemur frowned and scoffed to himself. He was starting to lack in his spy work. But soon a grin showed, his mood changing as it often does. Giggling loudly, the lemur's amber eyes met with the fox's black ones. Unwinding his tail and releasing his back feet, Toodles bagan to climb down.
At last he reached the final branch and jumped down fully, landing in front of the snow white fox. "Allo my mammal friend." He grinned widely once more. "What a name. Not even Koru has called me such a thing. You bring a smile to me my snowy friend." he paused and looked about, as though expecting someone to be nearby. Standing on his hind legs, he was quite thrilled he was about the same size as him. Putting a hand to the side of his mouth, he whispered. "The trees speak no new news." Blinking several time, the lemur put his hand down. "The land walkers share anything for me?" At this, his voice hit a high pitch of question. Such an odd lemur.

The fox watched the strange little lemur give his speech. It amazed the wise fox that the lemur could climb around so well, yet at the same time he did have a tail that acted as an extra limb. Tinsel picked up on the lemur's words.
"Not as of now. It is said that the Alhazar Kingdom is getting anxious for a fight. They sense are numbers growing and are afraid. I can smell their fear scent from the edges of the Coro mountains. It brings me pleasure." The arctic fox gave a wicked smile. He loved the way that his people could make an entire kingdom fret.
"What is your name Tree-Climber?" Tinsel asked, licking a paw thoughtfully for a moment before setting it back down lightly. He blinked, coal black eyes, then tilted his head slightly and waited for a response.

"Ahh wonderful new!" The lemur squeeled, but covered his mouth at once. Snickering he removed his hands. "The tree climbing lemur is Toodles." He gave a somewhat deep bow. "A pleasure to meet you my sir." Standing once more, he tilted his head to the side. "And what may this snowy demon's name be, hm?" he grinned again. This lemur was quite enjoying himself. His tail swooshed slightly, the black and white standing out most.

The white fox nodded in greeting to his forest friend. "A true pleasure, Toodles. My name is Tinsel. I am glad to know that Kensar has allies in the trees as well as land."
The fox rose up onto all fours and gave a shake of fluffy white fur, sending small leaves flying to float back onto the ground. Carefully, Tinsel licked his back clean of debris and looked at Toodles. He had been searching for company, and now here he had someone to talk to.
"Care to take a walk with me?" the fox asked, inclining his head for a slight bit of respect.

Toodles nodded profusely. He wanted company too. For being a spy, he sure did like the presense of others a lot. "Yes, that would be greatly appreciated!" He squeeled again, lowing to all fours now. His ringed tail was raised over his body, so he could keep good balance as he walked. "I try my earn hardest. Honestly. It's hard to have silence in a tree of leaves and such other items. And with my color, I don't serve the spy position too well." he looked around again. "Tinsel suits you well my snow friend." he grinned. "Your fur is a perfect match indeed." Alright, Toodles could be a bit of a hyperactive thing at times, but he did know diplomacy well.

Tinsel was glad that the climber had decided to agree to his proposal. Even if the lemur was a bit more unsteady on the ground then in the trees, it was more comfortable to have someone to speak to.
Instead of being offended at the small monkey's words, the arctic fox was rather amused. The black and white animal was indeed hyperactive, yet it was rather comical to the fox. Besides, in truth, Tinsel always thought his name suited him well.
"And Toodles suits you well, Lemur," replied Tinsel as he chuckled. Toodles was certainly a bazaar name for a bazaar creature. It worked very well!

Toodles gave off a squeek of a laugh. "Ahh but there is a reason for my name." He hopped about slightly, using his tail as a balance. "I tend to leave when the getting is good. Can't seem to stick around one area too long." He shook his head as though the answer was unknown to anyone. It was apparent that it was because he was hyperactive. "Soooo my furry friend, what bring you out here at such a time?" Yeahhh it was probably the most common time of the day for someone to be here, so why he asked like that was beyond comprehension.
((sorry it's short, ran out of things to say lol))

(It's fine! There are people on this site that post so little it makes me want to throw something at the screen... *growls* I am thinking of having to make like a ten line rule or something, but I'm afraid it may be to harsh >.< Your opinion?)
"I like walking here. It's a good place to think..." replied the fox, his voice showing no expressions. It was true that these woods, though they were black with decay, seemed to be a one of the only places in the kingdom to harness the quiet.
"And you Toodles? Enjoying the midnight quiet as well perhaps? Or did you just fancy a climb?" the canine chuckled and took another step forward, his small paws making no noise on the cold earth. Black claws were visible through his thick white pelt, and they appeared to be lethal with their glint. It was so true, that he looked so harmless, yet was dangerous beyond belief. So few believed this. Kaylink, on one hand, disliked every bit of Tinsel's snowy fur. Many members of the Kingdom Kensar did. They rejected the fox for his appearance, considering him to be one of Alhazar's looks. Yet the fox did not listen to those who teased him. He used the words as fuel to his anger and rage. Every form of mocking added to the fire that pierced through his chest and built as the day grew long. And one day, when the great battle between the kingdom's would occur, Tinsel would unleash the power he hid behind pale fluffy fur.

((Girl, one thing I learned is that there is no such thing as harsh when it comes to these sites. Only what needs to be done. I do suggest that rule, put people in their places now while the trouble is only starting, maybe it’ll prevent it from getting worse. Sorry took so long, my PM I sent you should explain it all))
“Yes yes, a good place to think.” The little lemur nodded his head profusely, agreeing with the first thing the fix had said. He took no hint to his blank tone the fox chose. Toodles did not mind the decoy of the forest, he in fact rather liked it and felt at home. Perhaps that had something to do with him being on this dark side instead of the light.
“Ah yes, enjoying the quiet, yes, yes. But I always do fancy a good climb, whenever the possible chance, for that is what I am good at.” he gave a smile and glanced up at the trees surrounding them. Toodles did not question if the fox with him now was strong or not, the lemur knew better to put size into equation. Well sometimes it would matter, but even the largest of animals could have the softest of heart. Even the littlest of creatures could have the coldest of hearts, hey, lets just say not enough body fat to keep it nice and warm ^^. But the lemur did promise himself one thing, always stay on everyone’s good side, no matter who it was. A hard lesson in life it was. It even meant to grovel and kiss their feet when the time came. But Toodles had one thing set in his mind, Koru was going to be the strongest in the outcome, he would win this battle. Another reason why Toodles followed under this allegiance, Koru had so much the other side did not, or that he knew of.

Koru. The strongest leader Tinsel had ever known. The foolish Alhazar had deserved to die in the face of the demon King. The wolf was clever, cunning in every way that meant for a kingdom to survive. His silent paw steps led him down the shadowy path of Kensar glory. Tinsel respected his leader and would follow him to the death. Without Koru, the fox would still be a manicured kit in Alhazar territory.
The fox spit to the side. "It's better than that Alhazar place. Any place is better than there..."
And yet Kensar would overtake the lands that lay afar. They would do whatever they'd have to in order to slaughter the queen and let Koru take his rightful place upon the thrown.

Toodle’s mind also had many thoughts about this topic. Though he could not center on just one, the lemur decided to change the topic to a more friendly note. “So, how long exactly have you been under Koru’s rule? Have you always?” The lemur asked with curiosity buzzing in his voice. As they walked on, here and there he would hop a bit, but his tail always remained above him. If it didn’t, then he was sure to fall over, loosing his balance. The trees were a much more friendly place for him, but when needed, he did not argue in with dealing with the ground. Normally the lemur would complaining willingly, but he was enjoying this walk with this new founded friend. Yes, Toodles considered the snow fox a friend. Besides, when in battle, you need as many allies as you can get. The last thing the lemur wanted was to be on anyone’s bad side and get killed later.

"Many years..." Tinsel sighed. He had seemed to have always been loyal to Koru. The wolf was his leader, his mentor of sorts. Koru seemed to be the only one alive that would know how to lead a Kingdom.
"My family," continued the fox, "was greatly tied to the King. I was a kit when Koru started his ambitious goals. He told me many things involving the ways he would one day take over Kingdom Animalia (Tinsel spat the name). At first I was frightened. I knew that we would be caught and killed if our plans were discovered. But the King gave me faith. And soon, all I could do was wait for the ripe moment to attack the foolish father. I watched him die..." said the fox with a satisfied smirk.
It was clear that he did not resent a thing he did. Nothing he regretted, and nothing he pitied. Kingdom Alhazar was created to fail. Tinsel dreamt of the day every night.
"And you Toodles? How long have you thirsted for Alhazar's reign to end?" asked the fox, his tail swishing as he tilted his head curiously.
